1. Personal Data
The term personal data is defined in the Federal Data Protection Law. According to it, personal data is individual information about personal or factual circumstances of a specific or identifiable natural person. This includes, for example, your civil name, your language, your contact data, but also the license plate number of the vehicle you use, the IP address of your terminal device or your GPS location data.
2. App Store Terms of Use
To download our app, you need to use an app store operated by a third-party provider. You can find out which personal data is collected, processed or used by this third-party provider when you download the app in the third-party provider's privacy policy and terms of use.
3. Cookies
We use cookies for statistical analysis. Cookies are files that can be stored in the memory chip of your device and serve to facilitate navigation. They avoid having to re-enter all the necessary data each time you use the app. Cookies help us tailor our app to your exact needs, such as your local language. If you do not want this, you only need to turn off the acceptance of cookies in your browser. 4. Principle of Anonymous Data Collection
Unless otherwise stated in the following sections, no personal data is collected, processed or used when using our services.
5. Data Collection, Processing and Use for the Purpose of the App
Your client has invited you to use this app and provided you with your login details. For registered users, personal base data was collected by your client outside of this app. In detail, these are for you as a user:
- General personal data (name, first name, language)
- Identification number (user Id, password)
- Organizational data (organization, role, qualification)
- Contact details (email address, phone)
In addition to this base data, you yourself also collect your login, your user ID and your password, the IP address of your end device, and subsequently your GPS location data (only when using the "GPS Tracking" module). With the login you establish a connection to the system of the client selected by you (SYNCROTESS/ SYNCROSUPPLY/ SYNCROTESS CMS). Your data will not be transferred to third parties, unless we are legally obliged to do so, or the transfer of data is necessary for the implementation of the contractual relationship. In these cases, however, the scope of the transmitted data is limited to the necessary minimum. For analysis and benchmarking purposes, we will evaluate the data processed with the software anonymously and combine, duplicate and process it with other data for this purpose. In doing so, we ensure that you are not (even indirectly) identifiable to third parties in the event of any publication of the results.
